What Happens After You Send the Form:

  2. You will then review and sign the contract online, so you don’t need to print it out.
  3. Once you sign the contract, our service staff will send you an email with the date and information of your pool closing.

FOR IN GROUND AND ABOVE GROUND POOLS: Pool openings include removal of cover (free of water and debris), re-installation of pool equipment & accessories, start-up of filter system. Operational heaters will be checked out and then left in an off position. Time clocks will be set in 24-hour manual mode until pool clarity is achieved. PLEASE SET YOUR TIMERS.

If the temperatures remain cold or the threat of frost remains, we can recommend delaying start-up to avoid damage or algae from premature startup.

Yes, we guarantee our work for two weeks. In case of any chemical or equipment issues, we’ll return and repair them at no extra charge.

We use drip pans and protective padding while removing the cover and place tools on mats to prevent scratching or damaging your deck surface.
