Why an Indoor Pool?

Westrock Pool & Spa is a family owned swimming pool builder which has been building pools for 50 years.

We have extensive experience in building indoor pools in hotels and homes. Westrock Pools has built indoor pools in the legendary Catskills Resorts (The Catskill Resort, The Grossingers Hotel, and The Tamarack Hotel). The hotels were a popular summer party spot during the 1950s.

We want people to have a good time as soon as they dive into one of our indoor pools. Our core principal from day one was and still is, excellent quality and service. The Westrock team and staff deliver the experience needed to complete your indoor pool project on time and on budget.

FAQs: Indoor Pools

Indoor pools can be swum all year round, no matter what the weather, with greater privacy and fewer subject to maintenance problems such as leaves or trash. They also reduce chemical usage and permit greater control of water temperature.
Yes. Designs are fully customizable to the space in your home. Depth, length, width, shape of the pool, and feature placement such as stairs, tanning shelves, or hydrotherapy jets are your design.
Typically, installation is 4–8 weeks depending on access and construction requirements. Framing, waterproofing, HVAC installation, and finishes are included to make the indoor space functional and stunning.
Inland pools are built from gunite or fiberglass shells, plastered, surfaced in aggregate, or tiled. Indoor-grade HVAC systems and dehumidifiers are also part of the package to manage air quality.
We utilize commercial-grade dehumidifiers and HVAC systems that dry the air in an indoor pool environment with ongoing humidity management without promoting mold or structural issues.
Advanced systems—like heat pumps, insulation, and automatic covers—ensure retention of heat and conserve energy. Climate controls are adjusted to maximize comfort while achieving efficiency.
Inground pools have built-in heating equipment like heat pumps or gas heaters that regulate the water temperature to the desired level regardless of external temperatures.
Finish options range from plain white plaster to colored aggregate, exposed quartz, or tile finishes.
Yes—particularly in colder climates. Indoor pools are a major selling point and bring recreational value to your home with year-round use and weather-proof enjoyment.
