What type of maintenance should I expect from a new vinyl liner?
Vacuuming regularly, proper chemical balance, avoidance of sharp objects, and covering with a pool cover when not in use to lengthen liner life and protection.
How long is the typical life expectancy of a vinyl liner?
Good manufacturers’ premium, well-cared-for virgin vinyl liners will typically last 8–15 years based on ultraviolet light exposure, pool chemistry, and maintenance.
Can half of my liner be replaced if it is damaged?
Half vinyl liner repairs are not typically possible. Westrock recommends complete replacement to ensure a good fit and seal to avoid subsequent leaks or wrinkles.
Do you also do above-ground vinyl liner installations?
Yes. We both perform in-ground vinyl replacement installs and above-ground liner installs using the same quality brands and accurate measurement procedures.
Is there a warranty on new liners?
There typically is a factory warranty on vinyl liners for flaws and premature fading. Westrock also supports the warranty process and offers customer service if the need arises.
Can Westrock help me if my liner doesn't fit properly and wrinkles?
In the event a liner is being put in or isn’t properly fitting, we’ll get it immediately—changes or replacement are part of our service guarantee.
