What is Westrock’s Winter Watch Service?
A simple, low-cost service that offers peace of mind to our customers.
Why is it important?
Winters are rough, and it is when most damage can happen to your pool.
Who is for?
This was created for those who own an in-ground pool, or a semi in-ground pool, who do not have the time or the expertise to care for their pool.
What do we do?
Winter Watch includes 4 visits to protect your investment, which include the following:
- Monitor & adjust the safety Cover straps, properly adjusting the safety cover straps will keep your cover on securely. It will also extend the life of your safety cover.
- Replace damaged water tubes. Damaged water tubes will cause the cover to become loose. We refill or replace water tubes.
- Pool cover & system check-up. Remove leaves and debris from on top of the cover. Assess cover pump functionality, including hoses and cords. Inspect the equipment pad, & the pool cover anchoring system. Repairs will be recommended as necessary.
- We adjust the chemicals; a balanced pool helps avoid algae, and saves money with a quick spring start-up.
What Happens After You Download the Service Agreement:
- You will get a digital contract in your email from PandaDoc.
- You will then review and sign the contract online, so you don’t need to print it out.
- Once you sign the contract, our service staff will send you an email with the date and information of your service.
