The fee for a service call is $189, which includes the travel and the first hour on site.
Any additional time is billed at $89 per thirty minutes.
*Parts are not included.
Service calls performed by Westrock Pool & Spa on pools, liners or spas older than one year are done to the best of our ability because it is sometimes difficult working with older parts & equipment.
The service fee is for a one-time attempt to help you with your situation.
Form must be signed and returned to WestRock pools.
